Nancy works in watercolor and drawing media. She strives to combine accurate information and detail of natural forms, textures, and structures with concern for visual design and composition.

Her work has been shown at the Denver Botanic Garden, The Olbrich Botanical Society, The Buffalo Museum of Science, Arts for the Parks in Jackson, Wyoming, the Art in Bloom exhibitions in New York, New York, AKAR Design and Studiolo Gallery in Iowa City, Iowa.

Illustration clients include: The Sierra Club, Project Green in Iowa City, Iowa, and Prairie Dog Pottery.
